A guided beginning
Get help with setup, your first matter, and adding files. A built-in guide remains available when the local model is offline.
— FOR THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Keep original recordings, documents, and reviewed transcripts together. A private workspace for the whole record.
Your records stay behind sign-in. The sample tour uses illustrative records.
One matter. Every source in context.
01 / A MORE CONSIDERED WORKSPACE
Move from scattered files to a clear, reviewable record. Source material, working notes, and transcripts each have their place.
YOUR RECORD, IN CONTEXT
“Let’s confirm the dates before we make a plan.”
Working note
Check the dates against the original recording. Keep observations separate from the source wording.
Create a matter for my property documents.
✦ I’ve prepared a new matter called “Property documents.” Review the details, then confirm to create it.
02 / INTELLIGENCE, CLOSE TO HOME
Ask for what you need in your own words. Get guidance, prepare changes, and stay in control of the next step.

Find records, open the right view, prepare a matter, and add review notes. See the exact change before you confirm it.
The tower edition connects to your configured Ollama model. Chat and selected record context stay on that local route, with no cloud AI fallback.
Sign in to use the assistant in your tower-hosted workspace. The conversation above is an illustrative example.
03 / CONTROL, BY DESIGN
Good work starts with knowing what you have, where it lives, and what happens next.
Add notes and edit a transcript without rewriting the source file. File fingerprints help you compare the stored bytes.
The tower service separates each account’s records and encrypts stored evidence and sensitive record content. The server holds the decryption key.
Check machine-generated drafts against the source. Mark records reviewed, export text, and download originals when you need them.
A CLEAR NEXT STEP
Upload first. Review at your own pace.
Organize your originals, add context, and decide when a recording needs a transcript. In a workspace with customer billing enabled, you review a quote before continuing to checkout.
Open your workspace Paid customer transcription is not available until checkout is enabled. The sample tour does not provide live transcription.THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Choose “Sign in to your workspace” to open the tower-hosted vault, where your account, evidence, and local models run. The sample tour on this site uses illustrative records and does not access your private files. The tower must be online for the real workspace to be available.
Use the HTTPS workspace address in your phone, Mac or computer browser, then sign in with your own account. The workspace adapts to the screen. The tower handles storage and local AI and must remain connected.
It can guide setup, navigate views, find records in the current matter, prepare new matters, append notes, and open transcription and export controls. Record changes require confirmation. Uploads use your file picker; payments and deletion remain explicit actions.
A built-in guide can still open setup, matters, uploads, and the transcription queue. Natural-language reasoning returns when your local model is available. An optional installed fallback model can be configured on the tower.
No. Automated transcripts and AI summaries are working drafts. Review them against the original recording before relying on or sharing them. A file fingerprint verifies bytes, not the authenticity of the underlying event.
MAKE ROOM FOR THE MEANINGFUL WORK
Workspace access requires an account provided by Verbatim Ledger. The sample tour contains illustrative records only.
